Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital information products and the immediate value provided, our refund policy is necessarily strict. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Digital Product Policy

All reports, data products, and licenses are delivered as digital goods. Once access is granted or files are delivered, the purchase is considered final.


2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical Access Issues:
    If you are unable to access your purchased report due to a technical error on our part, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

  • Material Data Errors:
    If you discover a significant, material inaccuracy or omission in the report that impairs its utility or validity, and you provide clear evidence (e.g., screenshots, detailed examples).

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or mistaken purchase

  • Shifts in business needs or internal project changes

  • Incompatibility with third-party software or hardware

  • Data or analysis that does not meet subjective expectations, where all methods and sources are properly disclosed


3. Refund Process

To request a refund, you must:

  1. Contact us at knowledge@industryinformant.com within seven (7) days of purchase.

  2. Provide your order number, product name, and a detailed explanation of the technical issue or data error.

  3. Include evidence such as screenshots, error messages, or documentation of the inaccuracy.


4. Resolution and Remediation

  • Upon receipt of your request, our team will investigate and attempt to resolve the issue, including providing a corrected or updated file if possible.

  • If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% of the purchase price. The refund amount will be determined at our sole discretion, based on the nature and severity of the issue.

  • Refunds will not exceed 50% of the purchase price under any circumstances.

  • Only one refund request per product per customer or organization will be considered.


5. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, please allow up to ten (10) business days for the refund to be processed and credited to your original payment method.


6. No Refunds for License Violations

If any breach of our License Terms, Terms of Use, or unauthorized distribution is detected, the license will be terminated and no refund will be issued.


7. Changes to This Policy

Industry Informant Inc. reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
