Access to our reports is governed by strict licensing terms to protect our intellectual property, maintain data integrity, and ensure legal compliance. By purchasing, downloading, or using any Industry Informant report, you agree to these terms.

License Types

We offer two license options for all reports:

1. Single User License

• Grants access to one (1) named individual only.

• License is non-transferable; access may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

• Redistribution, forwarding, or storage on shared drives or public/internal servers is strictly prohibited.

• Any presentation, report, or publication using our data must credit “Industry Informant Inc.” as the source.

• Unauthorized use or distribution will result in immediate license termination and may lead to legal action.

2. Organization (Multi User) License

• Grants access to all employees within the purchasing organization (legal entity).

• Internal distribution is permitted only within the organization’s employees (via email, internal servers, secure drives).

• External sharing (with clients, vendors, or affiliates) is strictly prohibited.

• The purchasing organization is responsible for ensuring all users comply with these terms.

• Unauthorized sharing or external posting will result in license termination and may lead to legal action.

Permitted Use

• You may use the report for internal research, decision-making, presentations, and strategy development.

• You may include excerpted content in internal presentations or memos with proper attribution to Industry Informant Inc.

• Any publication, investor report, or commercial use of excerpts must clearly credit Industry Informant Inc.

Prohibited Use

• Sharing, forwarding, or selling the report outside of the licensed user(s) or organization.

• Uploading to any public, community, or third-party website or cloud repository.

• Use of the report for training AI models, data mining for resale, or integration into external commercial products.

• Removing, altering, or obscuring any copyright, watermark, or digital tracking notice in the report.

Anti-Piracy & Monitoring

• All Industry Informant reports are digitally watermarked and monitored for unauthorized dissemination.

• Each copy is traceable to the purchaser or organization. Unauthorized sharing, copying, or redistribution will be investigated and may result in legal action.

• We reserve the right to revoke access, terminate licenses, and pursue damages for violations of these terms.

Refund Policy

• Due to the digital and irrevocable nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of proven technical fault or significant material inaccuracies.

• If you experience a technical issue or believe the report contains a material error that impairs its utility, contact us at knowledge@industryinformant.com within 7 days of purchase.

• We may attempt to correct or replace the product before considering a partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price, at our discretion).

• Refunds are not available for changes of mind, shifting business needs, or external events.

• Each customer or organization is eligible for only one refund per product.

• Upon purchase, you will immediately receive a License Certificate PDF outlining your license type and terms.

• The full report is delivered by the Industry Informant Client Management Team (knowledge@industryinformant.com) within 24 business hours of purchase, after license verification.

How is data in Industry Informant reports sourced?

All data comes exclusively from primary, auditable sources (e.g., SEC filings, stock exchanges, official company press releases, regulatory agency announcements). We do not use third-party market research estimates or unverifiable projections.

Can I share the report with my team?

Only if you purchase the Organization License. Single User License holders may not share, forward, or upload reports for others’ use.

Can I publish excerpts from the report?

You may include brief excerpts in your internal presentations or memos, with proper credit. For any external, published, or commercial use, please contact us for permission and attribution guidelines.

How do you track unauthorized use?

All reports are digitally watermarked and monitored. Each copy is traceable to the purchaser; unauthorized sharing will be investigated.

Do you offer refunds?
